What you will do The RegulatoryAffairsAssociate is responsible for the Management of Promotional Materials and Regulatory Office Management.
Key Responsibilities • Advertising & Promotion of selfcare medicines in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Internal management of approval process, communication with Health Authorities, • Inspection readiness of approved advertising materials.
• Office management including budget follow-up, database compliance, RIMS.
• Management of Free Sales Certification.
Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a scientific area combined with a strong interest in communication.
• Preferably a background in RegulatoryAffairs, Quality or Medical Affairs may be a plus, given the emphasis on regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Desired Qualifications • Communication skills:
Strong communication skills are crucial, given the role requires to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies, such as regulatory bodies.
• Be interested in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and good knowledge of French.
