What can you expect from this internship?Proximus Ada is looking for an intern with a strong business acumen to support us in assessing the operational and business value generated by our Cybersecurity services toward the Proximus Group & external partners by performing business analysis, market benchmarks, defining KPI’s and objective measurement tools & dashboarding.
You will have support of relevant experts during your mission.You are:
A student in a relevant field (Master of Business Engineering, Management Sciences, Finance, or similar fields).Comfortable with basic Cybersecurity & IT concepts.Fast learner, independent and solution builder.Fluent in English.
English is our day-to-day language.
Dutch and/or French is a plus. Eager to take ownership of your project and willing to take initiative.
You will:
Perform a literature review.Conduct an E2E business analysis.Define measurable and relevant KPI‘s.Perform market research and write documentation about best practices.Build a scoreboard & dashboard to get an overview of CS services value generated.
