With your 360° view and your in-depth exposure to all of our business operations, youll become a product master and be able to advice, implement and sell Odoo for various business industries.
What does the YoungGraduateProgram look like? To develop a deep understanding of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas such as Customer Support, Business Analysis and Sales Executive during a 18-month period.
All along your journey youll be supported by a friendly, multicultural and open environment.
You will have the opportunity to continuously learn by participating in various training courses and have an impact in every team you'll work with.
Your journey will begin with 2 weeks of Odoo functional training.
Youll first join the team of the Customer Support Analysts and your mission will consist of helping our software's users by investigating to provide them with the perfect answer to their questions.
You will closely collaborate with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales or Developers.
After 6 months, youll switch to the Business Analyst Team, where you will implement Odoo.
You'll be in direct contact with the clients to analyze their needs and deliver personal training sessions.
Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers for 6 months.
Finally, you will integrate the Direct Sales Team for another 6 months where youll be in charge for the whole Sales Cycle, from initiating the first contact to closing, including customers on-boarding.
This traineeship is just the foundation.
After 18 months you will get to choose where you want to leave your mark and have an impact at Odoo.
