In this role the TS AccountManager has a revenue responsibility for maintaining and growing the existing business (“in-contract sales”).
He/she takes on a pro-active role to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met, and that the commercial and operational quality of the service in the client portfolio continuously improves.
The TS AccountManager works closely with TS Sales, Relationship Management, the Client Services teams, Operations, and other support departments.
The TS AccountManager reports to the Head of TransactionServicesAccount Management Belgium & Nordics.The TeamWholesale Banking TransactionServices is an international environment.
You will have frequent contact with various departments and stakeholders within ING as well as with clients and external stakeholders.
You will be part of a team of TS AccountManagers based in Belgium, covering Corporate client sectors as well as Non-bank Financial Institutions.
You will operate in an open and informal environment, together with experienced and highly motivated sales and services professionals. Roles and responsibilitiesBachelor or Master's degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance)Business-level communication skills (both verbal and written) in Dutch and/or French and EnglishThis role is particularly suited for team players with organizational skills, commercial focus, eye for detail and a can-do attitudeAs primary contact for the client, you will be part of deal teams in case of renewal of TS Mandates and you will contribute to Request for Proposals (RfP’s)You will pro-actively and regularly make client reviews, monitor TS client revenues, and conduct client visits in order to discuss service levels, volume discussions and other needsYou will be responsible for operating under our Know Your Client (KYC) guidelinesYou will be part of the Virtual Client Teams (multiproduct) for your respective clientsYou will be end-to-end responsible for servicing a client portfolio of about 15 Wholesale Banking clients and working closely with the Client Services teams, who are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clientsFor the clients in your portfolio, you will be the primary contact for the existing TS relationship and end-to-end responsible for client satisfaction How to succeedWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
