TO BE Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role within the food or pharmaceutical industry.Experience in managing quality systems like BRC specific to premium production is highly desirable.Demonstrate leadership that motivates, combining strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.Exhibit an entrepreneurial, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented approach.Possess broad technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.Proficiency in either French or Dutch is preferred, with excellent proficiency in English.
