Collaborates with Sales to understand growth strategies & initiatives to be supported and value proposition.
Leads the Cluster Tendering team, to drive development of the win strategy and value proposition.
Manages workload in a way that meets agreed Cluster bid turnaround times, supports business growth, and enables the team to develop and grow.
Ensures compliance with business tools and standardization of pricing models, competitive solutions, and execution strategies including EEC collaboration models.
Collaborates with delivery team on project lessons learned & monitors to ensure they are built into ongoing improvement actions & mistakes are avoided.
Prepares the technical and commercial content e.g., bill of materials, engineering estimates, technical / commercial clarifications, and deviations.
Manages the proposal schedule for the opportunity and allocation of responsibilities to the bid team, in line with Tender governance procedures (CPP), ensuring the bid team are on target throughout.
Manages the Risk Management Process (MPO) and supports the Commercial Review Process (Contracts & Approvals) to prepare and submit the tender, including soliciting input from contracts and legal teams.
Facilitates technical reviews in accordance with customer expectations of solution offering.
Ensures timely submission of tender to customer office/portal.
Supports customer meetings as required.
Provides strong leadership, support, and mentor the team.
Accountable for ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
Drives a high-performance culture.
You will interact with Sales & proposals, Delivery Team, Marketing and Global functions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role? You are someone with Experience in a Tendering role (>10 years) Broad knowledge of Automation Products & Solutions Portfolio People management skills who can build a high-performance oriented team.
Fluency in Dutch and English An understanding of overall industry market dynamics and challenges Excellent stakeholders’ management skills and who worked in a matrix.
A good understanding of commercial contracts Strong organization and planning skills, who can work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent communication skills A degree or high education qualifications in engineering or business subject Proficiency in the Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) Who can work often from the office, and is willing to visit the other office regularly.
