Leading a team of 2, you’ll be someone people look to for energy and ideas and will show us the way of maximising the impact of tech investments.What will I be doing?You will manage the newly launched Digital Gurus initiative where we’re looking for Digital champions throughout the business to help our employees understand and learn the best technologies available to them.
An important part of the role is the ability to manage the relationship with various Worker Councils and other interested parties, to ensure that you keep them informed of technology roadmaps and changes ahead of time.
You will be responsible for the usage, training and adoption of new and current employee productivity applications, as well as owning the Application Portfolio including application lifecycle management.
Your relationship skills will also be utilised managing our technology partners.Additional responsibilities:
Develop and drive the overall technologyadoption strategies and roadmaps for all Employee Productivity tools..
Shape and manage technology led changes across the business.Ensure Security by Design principles are adhered to throughout the tool lifecycle.Create an innovation strategy where the evaluation and testing of new products can be done in a secure and efficient manner.Build strong relationships with strategic partners to keep informed and take advantage of new products and features.What you’ll have:
