Create user documentation for a variety of material.Perform a QA check on documentation written by Local IT to ensure it aligns with our project documentation, and is complete from viewpoint of the project.Document the high level architecture with background information as to why & how the chosen setup was put together.Collecting the interface / interaction diagrams, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Develop Operating Instructions and training materials for the IT and Operational Support team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in the technology industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsA minimum of 3 years experience writing complete, complex technical documents, including organising the document and working with internal and external personnel (, agencies, customer) is required.Ability to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects, where the audience has a lower technical knowledge than the initial experts, but where relevant details cannot be lostAttention to detailAbility to read and interpret IT / interface [architectural] schemas is required.Excellent knowledge of English, strong preference to also be fluent in Dutch.
