Then we have the right job for you!For our team in Zellik (BE) we are looking for a TechnicalSupportEngineer.YOUR TASKS ARE You will deal with technical questions and inquiries in Dutch/French and English (1st and 2nd level support).
To support the Support Desk team, Field Service Technicians, service partners, dealers and end users.You are responsible for ensuring that our customers' cash management systems function technically flawlessly.
Perform error diagnoses and define or recommend remedial actions.You carry out training for our service technicians and external partners.You document the services and create system-related service information.You provide support for projects.
YOU BRING WITH YOU Completed training in the electrotechnical field with IT knowledge, e.g.
as a mechanics technician / electronics technician or a comparable qualification.At least 2 years of professional experience with specialist knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and IT.
Experience in customer service or similar role involving customer interaction is added value.Good knowledge of MS-Office.Very good knowledge of Dutch & French and knowledge of English.
