Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Sales & Operations Process (S&OP) plan with input from key stakeholders such as Sales/Key Accounts, Product Management, Operations, and Purchasing.Aligning market requirements with IX BU objectives, customer service levels, and supply strategy.Providing recommendations for changes to business or strategic plans based on S&OP insights.Acting as the supplychainbusiness partner for our sales teams, supporting them in fulfilling customer orders, resolving shortages, and coordinating order escalations.Managing the forecasting process for peripherals and service parts.Loading final material forecast plans into the ERP planning system.
Additionally, you’ll oversee Inventory Management, working closely with the Inventory Manager to determine inventory levels, forecast inventory on raw materials and finished goods, and minimise business risks.You’ll also provide support for SupplyChain Engineering, collaborating on the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure smooth product launches and optimise for sustainability and logistic cost.The Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Sense of ownership and ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.Strong negotiation, mediation, and communication skills.Experience in SupplyChain, Sales Planning, and/or Operational SupplyChain and NPI processes.Hands-on experience with relevant SAP modules (APO & ECC) is a plus.Strong knowledge of Excel and understanding of data warehouse structures.Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
