We are currently seeking an experienced StrategicTransformationManager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our organization to meet evolving market demands and maximize operational efficiency.
This role requires a strong background in project management, change management, and strategic thinking, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
The StrategicTransformationManager will report to the Head of Transformation Office.Your Responsibilities:
As StrategicTransformationManager, you will function as deputy of the head of transformation office and collectively work on:
Development and implementation of comprehensive transformation strategies for project and change management, to advance organizational objectives.Articulating the vision and benefits of transformation initiatives convincingly to key stakeholders.
Driving the successful integration of new processes and technologies.
Offering insights and managing the execution of the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.Providing support and guidance on Group programs and monitoring the progress of the project portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed.Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for transformation management, to oversee and support progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.Challenging and supporting the transformation team in executing projects effectively.Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the project delivery.
Leveraging expertise in change management and BPM (business process modelling) methodologies.

To excel in this role, the following skills and expertise are required:
Min 5 years of proven experience in strategictransformation roles.Demonstrated expertise in portfolio, project, change and BPM management.Proven leadership skills to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to achieve excellence.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey key messages to a varied audience, in Dutch, French and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving measurable results through process optimization and change management.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; or equivalent through experience.
