We are seeking a skilled StrategicAccountManager to join our team.
As a StrategicAccountManager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a plan of action for specific European customers.
You must possess a thorough understanding of the market to develop strategies that meet customer needs while also aligning with the goals of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with customers, including higher management, to develop and maintain strong relationships.Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to develop and execute strategic plans.Analyze market trends and develop proposals based on data.Work preferably in Belgium and travel at least 50% of the time.Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Who are you? Bachelor's or Master's degree and find your way in technical information.Proven track record as an accountmanager with a strategic mindset.Customer-focused policy and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Active listener with excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.Core competencies in prioritizing, flexibility, and maintaining a helicopter view.Proven leadership skills with a bias for action and independence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in other European languages (French, German, Italian) being a plus.Knowledge of semiconductors is a plus, but not a requirement.
