Requirements:
You understand the staffing / recruitment market and you have experience in this sector as a recruiter or a business developer / account manager, preferably in IT; You have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions;You are creative in finding the best candidates for each position;You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines;You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed;You can have to-the-point telephone conversations and can negotiate salaries / daily rates with candidates;You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals;English and French speaking.
