As a SoftwareScrumMaster, you will:
Support the team in removing impediments and ensuring smooth coordination.Act as a facilitator and buffer between the team and stakeholders.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with automotive customers.Report on blockers impacting product development and ensure process consistency Profile MUST HAVE Confirmed to Senior level experienceEngineering master’s degree in electricity, electronics, electromechanics or IT Minimum 5 years of similar experienceKnowledge of C embedded language Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time management, and teamwork Fluent in French & English Technical acumen and ability to understand complex requirements NICE TO HAVE Proficiency in Chinese and JapaneseStrong interest in Automotive IndustrySAFe & scrumMaster certification Offer What can we offer you?
