• Conduct manual testing of smartphones and cellular networks in the field.
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices and network connectivity.
• Work closely with the engineering team to identify, report, and verify issues.
• Reporting daily about the project progress.
• Perform testing on various cellular technologies such as 4G, LTE, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi.
• Use testing tools such as QXDM and ELT to collect and analyse network logs.
• Provide clear and concise feedback to the team on testing results.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 6 months
- 1 year of experience in manual testing of smartphones and cellular networks.
• Strong understanding of 4G, LTE, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Handover, Redirection, Reselection • Knowledge of testing tools such as QXDM and ELT.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues with mobile devices and network connectivity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate testing results and feedback clearly and concisely to team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• English B2, French, Chinese ( a huge advantage)
