Able to present warranty status to customer.Defining the warranty liability with CustomerTechnically analyze the warranty part and present the % of Valeo liability on the failure and get the agreement on warranty liability.Statistical analysis of the customer warranty data and escalate any risk.Statistically analysis the raw warranty data from customer and able to make conclusion on the data analysis and escalate any quality and cost risk.Good Cross functional team communication.Customer feedback and field analysis feedback should be able to communication different team in the organization and able to bring the solution from them.Product Audit ManagerHighlight the main responsibilities Management of Product Audit InspectionManager of Product Quality Inspections:
RPA, Photometry, Product audit (dimensional, laboratory tests according control plan).
Ensure capacity of measurements.Responsible of main KPIs of the dpt.// Escalate in 5 meeting / Plant QRQC when necessary (systematic for RPA)Organise quality improvement in Product Audit Inspection dpt.Budget :
