Your detailed responsibilities are:
Gaining full understanding of the client’s current business processesCollaborate with stakeholders throughout the client organization to capture and document a comprehensive set of business requirements.Execute FIT/GAP workshops and define target process designs aligned with ServiceNowHRSD capabilities.Configure the ServiceNowHRSD application to achieve the client’s business requirements.Create the functional designs and collaborate with the technical (offshore) team for any gaps (interfaces, custom development …) that should be solved.Write test scenarios and execute functional testing.Assist in integration testing.Support customers during UAT.Create training material and conduct training of customers.Assist with the architectural design and impact analysis for (new) requirements.Assist with estimation and planning of project activities.Stay up to date with the latest capabilities, functions and features in ServiceNowHRSD and spread this knowledge with the team.Contribute to building and implementing technical best practices and procedures.#Technology#ServiceNow#Advisory#HR Transformation#enablement LocationZaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in informatics or engineeringYou have a minimum of 3 (Advisor) or 5 (Senior Advisor) years of hands-on experience, and you have been involved in multiple ServiceNow implementation projects as a ServiceNow application consultantYou are CIS-ServiceNowHRSD certified or are willing to achieve this certification soon; Other ServiceNow certifications are a plusYou have a good understanding of HR operationsYou can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibilityYou have a strong customer focusYou are a team player, willing to go the extra mile for the success of the teamYou are a clear and effective communicatorYou have strong documentation, reporting and presentation skillsYou have excellent problem-solving capabilitiesYou keep developing your skills by working closely together with other colleaguesYou are a fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of timeYou have a self-starter attitude and the ability to work well within ambiguityYou are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferredCertification in Prince2, PMP or other project management tracks is considered an advantage We offer At KPMG, we genuinely believe our people are the heartbeat to our success.
