This SeniorStrategicAccountManager is a 6months temporary assignment.Managing a portfolio of clients part of the leading brands within the marketBeing responsible for the HQ-level acquisition process of new chainsLeading or participating in negotiations and signing country framework agreements and/or franchisor contracts with chain HQ Acting as the 'Trusted Advisor' and initiating, building and developing long-term relationships with all strategicaccounts on country HQ level Tracking and analysing market (developments) and competition's activityDeveloping Joint Business Plans and driving regular Business review/Performance review meetings Catering to special requirements of chains (product features, analytics, co-branding, reporting, invoicing) Being the 'voice of the customer' and building a strong cross-functional network (e.g.
'squad' with Product, Customer Services, Marketing) to provide the best services to your chain restaurants What will you bring to the table?5+ years experience in commercial roles, of which at least one role in key account management.
