Internally he/she works with the Operations and Delivery Director and Competency Team Leaders.
He/she is seen as a coach to Project Managers and acts as the main point of contact to sales and pre-sales people working on the assigned accounts.Key responsibilities:
Customer Engagement Management:
Act as a Trusted Advisor to Key or Strategic customersResponsible for all PLM delivery activities with specific customers (including both PLM project and support work)Set-up and manage Governance processes with customersParticipate in customer projects as programme or project manager and/or senior consultant/advisorManage customer engagement budgets and be responsible for the account P&L Offering Development:
In charge of developing the Project, Quality and Risk management framework to support Processia’s offerings with a customerIn charge of aligning Processia’s practices with Dassault Systèmes Value Engagement model on customer projectsIn charge of ensuring the Project Managers and PMO community are enabled and proficient for delivery at a customerSupport Marketing on external communication about Processia’s Projects and Practices Participation to Bid and Solutioning:
Analysis of RFQ / RFP from customersActive participation in the definition and description of the proposed solution in line with Geo and Offshore technical teamsAct as Bid ManagerManage proposal risks and mitigationsEnsure right level of quality and added value in solutions proposed to the customers.Ensure alignment between proposals to customers with Processia’s quality framework Project Setup and Audit:
Help customer project teams in setting up the right methods and tools in line with Processia’s Project Management and Quality best practicesCoach and support Project Managers during projectsSupport the usage of tools to manage projects with right level of quality, consistency and efficiencyHelp Project Managers in auditing their project and building list of recommendations / action plans to improve project team efficiency and added value to customersParticipate to the governance of projectsAssist Project managers and Ops teams in having the right project reporting Capitalization and Lessons Learnt:
Assist Project teams and project managers in capitalizing new methods from Customer projectsHelp Project teams and project managers in lessons learnt exercises at the end of main phases or at project closureCompile typical project sizing, contingency estimations and real figures to build Processia abacus and better sizing methods Market and technology watch:
Understand trends in PLM capabilities and assess how these will affect customersPropose initiatives and projects to extend customer PLM capabilities Your profile:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, software engineering or other equivalent trainingExtensive experience in software/PLM implementation as a Project or Programme ManagerPMP certification or recognized academic background in project managementExperience in managing large accounts and fixed-price engagements.Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
