The role is the “face” of CCEP BPT towards the relevant business stakeholders.
The role is accountable to represent the business function to CCEP BPT and influence its plans and strategies.
Drives standardisation of business processes, platforms and data architecture, across CCEP to realise synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP BPT.
Collaborates strongly with the BPT business partners of the Business Unit Teams to ensure visibility of available services across BUs and consistency with functional roadmap.
Accountable for co-defining and updating a technology strategy and BPT roadmap for the CSSC Environment and Sustainability Management function, ensuring it is aligned to CCEP’s overall BPT strategy.
Provides applicable advice and thought leadership to the business about new technologies and digitization, in order to improve th e business’ understanding of technology and how to best leverage it within their function.
Enables collaboration between BPT and business function stakeholders to understand business functions strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services/solutions.
What will be expected of you Supports the relationship between BPT and the CSSC Environment & Sustainability Management function, assuming the role of trusted advisor to the business function leads.
Shapes and scopes business demand into tangible requirements in-line with the BPT Project delivery Lifecycle.
Responsible for the development of robust, detailed business cases for project requests, in collaboration with the business stakeholders.
Maintains the business process architecture and its alignment to BPT services and capabilities.
Demonstrates BPT’s value to business stakeholders and showcases the capabilities and flexibility of BPT to deliver at the pace which the business requires.
Appraises any business process changes for BPT impact, working closely with Enterprise Architecture and BPT Strategy teams, to formulate a change impact analysis for the stakeholders.
Supports the CSSC Environment and Sustainability Management function during the deployment phase of projects, in order to maximise solution adoption and benefits realisation, in close collaboration with colleagues in the Solution Delivery Team.
Facilitates the alignment of the BPT strategy and priorities, with changing business priorities.
Qualifications University degree in business management, computer science, business informatics or comparable line of studies.
Experience required More than 3 years of experience in senior IT management roles involving complex and cross-functional remit, across the Supply Chain/Value Chain function.
Demonstrable relationship building experience with business stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering technology-driven change.
Solid understanding of both Information Technology domain technology components as well as that of the Operational Technology domain (Networks & Infrastrucure, Automation and Shopfloor technology etc.).
Experience working in a Matrixed Organisation model.
Technical skill required Business Process Architecture – Competent.
Knowledge about industry IT-trends and market development for FMCG / Beverage Industry.
Knowledge about our IT-services and products across CCEP territories and how they can support and improve Environmental and Sustainability objectives, plans, issues and concerns e.g.
data capture, analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of key issues facing CCEP in the increasingly legislated and scrutinised area of environment and sustainability.
Undertandimng of the trends and technological developments in the context of how we operate our Supply Chain operations at CCEP.
Solid foundational Financial Accumen.
Project Management certification (desired, but not essential).
Behavioural competencies High level of drive, energy, tenacity and a desire for professional excellence.
Experience in developing effective relationships with business stakeholders.
Skilled in decision making, conflict resolution, relationship building skills and competent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise own workload and co-ordinate several tasks simultaneously.
Ability to sell concepts/ideas and develop them into business cases for change.
