The Role The Opportunity:
We are seeking a SeniorInvestmentAssociate/VP to join our team and play a pivotal role in our accelerator program.
The position, which can be hybrid or fully remote, with up to 50% travel, offers the chance to work flexibly across advisory and investment activities in the climate tech, cleantech, agritech, and decarbonization sub-sectors..
As a core team member, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the firm, the clients and companies we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the investment process, from sourcing, due diligence to execution, for companies at various stages in climate-related sectors.
Engage deeply with portfolio companies, offering strategic guidance and assuming board advisory positions to foster growth.
Drive fundraising efforts and enhance the firm’s brand and reputation within the climateinvestment community.
Develop and maintain a robust network of industry experts, entrepreneurs, and advisors.
Perform thorough market analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse range of advisory and investment activities. Ideal Profile You bring 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a focus on climate sectors.
Very strong technical background in areas of financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
Your passion for innovation and sustainability is coupled with a strong analytical background and a track record of successful investments.
You are a self-starter, comfortable with the autonomy that comes with a remote role and frequent travel.
Your communication skills are exceptional, and you are proficient in English, with additional languages being a plus.
