Description You are primarily the legal advisor as far as the contractual aspects are concerned; You are also the contact person for our commercial management for legal issues relating to commercial relations in the broad sense; You deal with a broad spectrum of legal aspects and advise on products, contracts, procedures, standard texts, disputes and specific cases; You detect potential risks of a legal nature and help prevent or remedy them.
Profile You are a Dutch - or French-speaking lawyer with a good knowledge of the other national language (min C1) and English (min B2); You have relevant experience (preferably 8 to 10 years), as a corporate lawyer, in consultancy or in a law firm; You like to translate your theoretical baggage constructively into practice-oriented solutions; You take initiative and work independently, but are equally a team player.
