Operating within the IT Service Management(ITSM) Framework, you will design solutions for application virtualisation tobe used by all Euroclear entities globally.
You will implement, document and support these designs.Responsibilities:
Design complex Application virtualisation solutions and build standard operating procedures.
Deploy applications, debug and tackle related problems on XenApp and XenDesktop.
Maintain and supervise the infrastructure components.
Incident, request and problem management (3rd line support).
Manage patching for applications and operating systems on these platforms.
Requirements:
Experience in supporting a Windows multi-user environment, including application delivery.
Proven design, administrator and 3rd level support experience in a Citrix environment (VirtualApps 1912; VirtualApps 2203; StoreFront; Server 2019).
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Operational knowledge of App-V, MSI and other packaging/scripting technologies.
Experience with Ivanti or FSLogix is desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite.
Good knowledge of IT Security Principals and IT Service Management.
