Being a Dutch speaker is not a requirement; for non-Dutch speakers (French, Romanian, Polish, etc.) we expect a minimum basic knowledge of Dutch or English; the person must be able to understand instructions in Dutch/English and to express themselves to some extent in one of these two languages. In-house training can be provided if the candidate does not yet have sufficient ability to apply the production drawings, provided that sufficient interest and growth prospects are demonstrated.
