Understand and speak Dutch (may be basic) - if not Dutch, be fluent in English .
Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system ( morning and afternoon shifts ).
Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
Good team player with a positive work ethic .
