As a ScrumMaster, you will coach the development team with regard to self-organization and an agile mindset.
Process optimization:
You support the team in optimizing the development process in order to continuously deliver high-quality software.
Methodology:
You provide the team with tools and methods to organize the product backlog in an understandable way and according to the highest business value.
Consulting:
You advise on the implementation of Scrum at the customer and create understanding among management and stakeholders (e.g.
through workshops).
In addition, you help the team to internalize Scrum, live it and continuously improve its implementation.
What you bring with you You have a university degree in (business) informatics, engineering or business administration with a strong IT focus or have completed comparable training.
You have experience in the agile role of Scrum Master and are very familiar with the Scrum framework and various Scrum good practices.
Preferably you are familiar with other agile methods (e.g.
Kanban, XP, Lean Startup) and can also score points with a deep understanding of IT technologies.
You are open to taking on other areas of activity in the project context on an interim basis (e.g.
