Job PurposeAs the next Scientific & TechnicalWriter, your responsibility will cover two areas:
You will maintain all customer-oriented documentation up to date and create new, easily understandable content.
This includes User Manuals, guidelines, and training presentations as well as instructional video content creation.
You are responsible for increasing the user-friendliness of our technology by translating complex, technical information into easily understandable content.You will be responsible for improving documentation management business processes and driving, implementing, and automating improved documentation management practices.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be our Expert Product User:
You will communicate with Product Managers and Technical Staff to understand the product details.
You will make sure to gather and implement feedback from Bioprocess Specialists, Field Engineers, Customers, and Development Engineers.Your responsibility will be to translate highly technical information into easily understandable, high-quality information.You will manage all existing and new content within your domain of responsibility.You will identify, implement, and improve writing tools (outside the Office suite) allowing multiple stakeholders to write & review, and publish technical content in an efficient and productive way.Your ProfileBachelor’s in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or another technical field.
An alternative would be a Humanities Degree with Life Science professional experience.At least 2 years of experience working in a Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical company (within a GMP environment) or as a Consultant for these types of companies/industries.Excellent written, and verbal communication skills (fluent and/or an English C1 certificate or higher).
