Functional analysis within the field of finance and budgetary execution; analysing, testing, documenting and supporting information systems, in close co-operation with business owners and representatives, system architects, IT and support staff.
Contribute to project management:
planning, to definition of work plans and deliverables, organisation of quality control, risk management, change management.
Model the business processes, business rules and design the data object models.
Keep the data dictionary up to date.
Formalise the requirements and assure consolidation in the Business Object Models and Business Process Models, thus guaranteeing the documentation remains up-to-date.
Ensure that artefacts and deliverables are conformed to defined guidelines and applicable procedures, and are in line with the overall Information System architecture.
Liaise with business owners, business management including senior management and experts in budgetary management and accounting.
Liaise with the technical design teams to ensure that the information systems implement the best solution for the business owners.
Perform functional testing and/or liaise with the test team to help ensuring that business and functional requirements enter into the test stream correctly.
Promote model-driven development.
Draft summaries, statistics, reports and briefing notes, and contribute to strategic documents.
Provide information and training sessions to users, support teams and management.
Knowledge and Skills; ALL of the following:
Knowledge of development methodologies relevant to the nature of the tasks).
Knowledge of modelling languages/notations for modelling processes, rules and data (e.g.
UML, BPMN).
Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports).
Knowledge of the fundamentals of IT development (e.g.
Object-Oriented programming).
Good ability to make the bridge between the technical and the business experts worlds.
Good knowledge of financial and bookkeeping principles.
Knowledge of IT tools used in the office environment:
Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of written/spoken English and/or French.
Specific Knowledge and Skills; in addition to the Knowledge and skills, three of the following:
In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules:
MM, FI, CO, FM, AA (Asset Accounting), PM (Plant Maintenance), PS, SD, and ECCS.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Cash management, BPC tool and Disclosure management.
Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP configuration and knowledge of SAP-related debugging techniques.
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming.
Working knowledge of any SAP module not listed above.
Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
Working knowledge of the ARIS tools.
Proven working experience, in a similar function, on complex project/program of S4/HANA implementation.
A SAP certification relevant to the profile (e.g.
P_S4FIN_1709 - SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S4/HANA1709 for SAP ERP Financials Experts, P_S4FIN_1809 - SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S4/HANAfor SAP ERP Finance Experts (SAP S4/HANA1809), Certified Application Associate - SAP Enable Now).
Working knowledge of S4/HANA and Fiori.
Conceptual understanding of the SQL relational database paradigm.
Basic knowledge of the Oracle RDBMS.
Basic understanding of the Cloud Paradigm in the IT development context.
Conceptual understanding of the functioning of message-oriented systems and message-oriented middleware, including queues and orchestration.
Very good knowledge of Visio.
Working knowledge of 27001 and 27002 security standards.
Basic knowledge of COBIT 5 framework (or upwards).
Working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Working knowledge of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies and on the free movement of such data.
In-depth expertise in a well-known security methodology (CRAMM, EBIOS, etc).
