Your specific tasks:
Lead and participate in projects related to organisational structure, remuneration and benefits in line with HR policy.Ensure the day-to-day management of Reward activities in collaboration with the Senior Expert and other HR departments (Operations, HRBPs, Legal & Social Relations, Recruitment, Talent) and external advisors in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the Reward departmentProvide expertise and legal support in both day-to-day matters (legal support for the BAU, mediation cases, individual HR cases, etc.) and cases or projects with a major impact (negotiations with union partners, fund cases with tactical or strategic value or major financial stakes, projects to develop new policies in this area, etc.) and, where necessary, taking charge of them in their entirety in order to formulate an optimal solution from a legal point of view that corresponds to the organisation's vision.Where necessary, in collaboration with experts, to draft, check and validate legal documents relating to its area of expertise, highlighting the risks associated with non-compliance with standards ( criminal sanctions) in order to ensure compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework.Gather and make available relevant information and organise training related to his/her area of expertise in order to ensure uniform application and interpretation of the policies applicable within the company.Conduct studies (including salary/benefit) to obtain an overview of the organisation’s position in the market and to be able to make proposals for changes if necessary.Your ProfileYou have a Master’s degree.You have at least 3 years’ relevant experienceYou have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are a team player.You have excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.You have project management skills.You are able to deal with different stakeholders with different levels of analytical knowledge.You are independent, solutions-oriented and have a sense of initiative.You have a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.About AXAAt AXA, we want to be more than the world leader in insurance and asset management.
