Apply and deploy policies and standards adjusted to local context if needed.
Contribute to building and maintaining an accurate realestate data base within his/hers area of responsibility in relation with the RealEstate data base Manager.
Deploy the optimization strategy agreed with business lines and corporate realestate; Alert and remediates to any environmental, functional, or economical compliance issue on the assets under its responsibility.
Coordinate the realestate Teammates network in Europe, offering support, managerial functional leadership, and reporting to and forth the Head of RealEstate.
Support and execute Etex major projects of investments in Europe (representing 40ME as an estimate in 2024).
Respects the governance and Delegation of Authorities and engage the realestate transactions applying in its area of responsibility the most ethical principles.
Organize sites reviews, audit Realestate performance and practices on the field and provides guidance to the team to achieve improvements.
Practice benchmark and performance reviews for continued progress.
Support the application of the standards for new buildings and renovations, including CSR/ESG criteria.
What You'll Bring:
Professional qualification or a proven experience in RealEstate (in Industrial world if possible).
Strong project management experience, ideally in the industrial and realestate world.
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong network internally and externally.
Experience within matrix organizations.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with all levels in the organization.
Strategic and forward thinking with the ability to manage and effectively prioritize projects.
Attention to detail and ability to gather and aggregate information and data to provide structured outputs in reports of different kind.
Fluency in French & English.
Good knowledge on Legal realestate issues, Good knowledge on EHS issues, and best practices and is informed on the latest policies and trends.
