SABCABrussels is also the home to our Unmanned Autonomous Systems aka:
the drones solutions unit! Mission As a QualityControlOperator, you are responsible for inspecting products, controlling processes, and accurately documenting the production process in the production dossier according to specifications and quality standards.
You are also responsible for identifying non-conformities and conducting inspections after the resolution of non-conformities.
Tasks:
Manual measurements with available tools (micrometer, diameter test, panametric, caliper, hardness test, etc.).
CMM 3D measurements with DC-DMis (Hexagon) or Cosmos (Mitutoyo) and analysis of measurement reports.
Visual inspections according to customer specifications.
Validation of production dossiers.
Maintaining accurate documentation and archiving of quality data.
Reporting and monitoring of qualitycontrols.
Collaborating and taking responsibilities at his/her level regarding the EN quality standard and the ISO environmental standard.
- Ability to follow strict procedures with precision.
- Analytical mindset and ability to detect errors in data.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch, French, and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including optional weekend shifts).
Education and Experience:
- Higher education diploma (Bachelor's degree in a technical field) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a qualitycontrol environment is a plus, preferably in the aviation industry or a related industry.
