As ProjectFinanceSpecialist you are responsible for the complete Accounts Receivable for Funded contracts, meaning:
Financial follow-up of the Funded contracts.
Ensure the control and compliance of the bookkeeping obligations for Funded contracts and Funding Agencies. Create all required financial reports for the Funding agencies (like financial statements, summary reports and distribution of the contribution). Perform financial analysis and reporting related to projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements within ProjectFinance and implement more efficient practices. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for projects. Support internal and external audits related to projectfinance.
You will also be responsible to utilize the capabilities of the project accounting system (SAP) to generate reports, analyse project performance metrics.

Who you are You have a degree in Finance. You have relevant experience in financial project follow-up. Attention to detail is paramount and you work systematically.
You are passionate about analysing financial data and improvement of Finance processes. You are communicative and always find ways to seek information.
Your communication skills support you in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with internal (like colleagues) and external (like project leaders) stakeholders.
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
