The Antwerp office provide the full project execution services:
from conceptual engineering, basic engineering, and detailed engineering through commissioning and construction support.
The ProjectControls Team consists of Planning and Cost Engineering professionals.
As a ProjectControlsSpecialist, you will perform activities for the overall ProjectControls effort for a project.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Develop, implement, and direct the total ProjectControls program .
Implement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures .
Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the plan .
Communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance .
Propose mitigation plans to Project Management .
Contribute to the proposal efforts for cost or scheduling activities .
Review project profit recognition .
Provide evaluation of opportunities with management .
Manage project schedule including critical path activities .
Review schedule float for schedule slippages .
Other duties as assigned This position performs Project Control functions related to cost and/or schedule and assists in the preparation of ProjectControls activities for a project or assignment.

Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract .
Accumulate and compile accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project .
Develop cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project .
Participate in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings .
Develop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and construction .
Develop and maintain Management, Project and Control level schedules .
Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements .
Bachelor or Master degree .
4-6 years of relevant work experience as a ProjectControlsSpecialist .
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and verbal .
Experience with Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologies or willingness to learn in practice .
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner .
Flexibility to travel internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matter To be Considered Candidates:
