As Pre-SalesSolutionAdvisor, you:
Play a consultative role towards customers during the definition and elaboration of their ICT and business needs, in close collaboration with the Account Managers and Sales Managers.Analyse and qualify the customer needs and translate them into a high qualitative and customized solution, based on Orange internal building blocks, sometimes extended with external building blocks from Orange partners.
Take care of the business cases of complex ICT projects.Play a significant role as a technical-commercial advisor for ICT solutions, in team-up with the Account Manager, in order to fully cover the customer’s ICT and business needs and in line with in-life customer expectations.
Make the right balance between chances to close the deal and the Orange capabilities to deliver the solution.Are the quality gatekeeper for the customer experience during and after delivery by having the solution validated by the right departments concerning content, budget, timing and in-life support of the solution.
Hand over all information towards the Project Manager, Service Manager and, where needed, towards support teams after contract signature.
Follow up ongoing implementations and take corrective actions related to pre-sales subjects (internally and/or towards the customer) if needed.Report customer feedback on services and pricing as well as customer needs and market evolution towards the Marketing department.
Contribute as a pre-sales point of contact to product and service developments lead by Marketing.Specific expertiseTelecom:
In depth knowledge of the Fix & Mobile Data (Network and Infrastructure up to 5G & TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Public and Private Networks) and Fix voice (SIP, UCC) technologies.Broad background knowledge in ICT, SDWAN, LAN/WLAN and cyber security.
View on the implementation and roll-out of applications on Mobile and Fix networks.Your profileUniversity degree (Master degree) or Bachelor degree in engineering or ICT.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function or in a Product Marketing or Project Manager role, ideally with customer contactStrong knowledge of products and technology in the telecom and ICT market.Active listeningTeamworkStrong presentation skills Negotiation skillsAnalyticalEmpathyStrong organization skillsYou speak fluently Dutch with a good knowledge of French, and a good knowledge of EnglishOur offer:
