Collaborate with regional communication teams to adapt global messages to local contexts and ensure a cohesive communication approach.
Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to gather information and updates for internal dissemination.
Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote employee engagement, alignment with company values, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging related to employee policies, benefits, and organizational changes.
Plan and execute company-wide events, such as town halls, webinars, and staff parties.
Additionally, provide support in organizing job fairs and other employer brand activities as needed.

Profile You have the followed qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of expertise in the communications field.
Fluent in English and native French or Dutch speaker with a preference for candidates who also possess a good command of the other language (French/Dutch).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong abilities in collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce coherent, easy-to-understand, and reader-friendly texts on complex and scientific topics.
Proficient in adapting the writing style according to the audience and subject matter.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good understanding of branding and brand image and how to consistently apply it in everyday communication Ability to communicate and coordinate professionally with team members, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders.
Possesses a can-do attitude, a team and customer-centric spirit, and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Knowledgeable about Microsoft 365 Proficiency in graphic design is a plus (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign).
