Your tasks would be the following :
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and communicating corporate security policies, procedures, and instructions, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies. - Oversee daily security operations related to static posts, patrols, interventions, visitor management, access control, and video surveillance. - Develop and maintain standard procedures, proposing necessary physicalsecurity measures to be implemented on-site. - Monitor, control, and report on the implementation of security guarding services. - Plan and implement necessary security measures for events, conferences, and high-level gatherings.
expérience<1 anqualificationsBelow is the desired profile for the PhysicalSecurityManager position:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - At least 1 year of relevant working experience, or professional training of an equivalent level. - Must possess a Personnel Security Clearance level EU or NATO Secret. - Experience and knowledge of physicalsecurity (e.g., building security, managing a security guard force, technical security), carrying out security risk assessments, and threat assessments. - Proficient user at level C1/C2 in English or French, and independent user at level B1/B2 in the other language.
