Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals and drive a culture of executional excellence.Provide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management and employee relations.Support and advise on HR matters, utilizing a people-centric approach.Support in Talent Management processes, including onboarding and talent development.
Analyse P&C metrics and trends to propose data-driven solutions and enhance overall workforce effectiveness.
Coordinate initiatives with the P&C colleagues in Germany.
What You BringDemonstrated first experience in HR practices and principles.Good understanding of human resources practices and principles.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong administrative and coordination skills, with an eye for detail.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Business fluency in English and Dutch.Very good knowledge of French (B1)What we OfferAt C&A we are driven by our values, we love togetherness, treat each other with respect and encourage everyone to come up with new ideas.
