Additionally, the role will manage the relationship with the outside payroll provider.The payrollmanager will coach and manage the local Payroll coordinators and will participate as a SME in various HR/payroll projects.Your responsibilities as ourPayrollManagerEMEA;Lead EMEApayroll operations to provide accurate and efficient payroll services to our EMEA employeesManage a team of payroll coordinators and act as Payroll specialist in various projects.Partner closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed as per defined procedures (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Accounting and Finance)Manage all employee benefits admin and contact with 3rd party providers (Pension, Insurances,..
)Manage the vendor relationship with the external payroll providerOversee calculation of annual Time-Off entitlements (Vacation, holidays and compensation days) and ensure correct upload into WorkdayEnsure correct administration of payroll related policies & procedures, compliant with local legislation.
Including accurate year-end filing and completion of all tax & reporting obligationsSkills for Success:
Degree in HR/Payroll/Accounting3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and HR admin, experience in multiple country payroll processing is a plusExperience in leading a teamGood understanding in local legislations, tax, social security, union agreements, etc., Especially Belgium.Service excellence, customer orientation, detail orientedWe offer:
