Your training assignments will allow you to interact with a diverse set of PTC customers across various technical fields, including CAD and PLM and internal resources at PTC.Day-to-Day ActivitiesLearn to deliver the with the help of other instructors on the global teamDeliver product training (CAD, ALM, PLM, AR, IIoT) to PTC customers virtually to PTC Customers in English and JapaneseApply knowledge of Adult Learning PrinciplesEngage learners in a virtual setting using video, polling, open-ended questions, and moreRequired ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS)Experience with CAD tools such as CREO, Catia, Onshape, and Solidworks in the role of drafter, engineer, or product designerExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and JapanesePreferred Skills and KnowledgeHighly organized, action-oriented, and committed to driving quality resultsSelf-starter, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesExperience teaching online using technology such as MS TEAMS and Virtual MachinesEffective prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skillsProject management skills – proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills:
