This position will report to the VP Pricing Animal Nutrition.Essential Job Functions:
Perform price execution activities and set discipline by executing and enforcing standard processes for robust repeatable deal support and evaluationResponsible for full-filling pricing requests from Sales teams and other stakeholdersWork closely with a global set of stakeholders on market conditions and material changes to foresee periodic price evolutionFollow up of offers proposed to customers (especially focused on rejected offers to detect root causes).Prepare and analyze pricing performance reporting, identifying pricing opportunities, and analyzing customer performance.Support a continuous margin improvement mindset by communicating pricing decisions in alignment with the pricing strategy and the objectives of related pricing levers.Support adoption of pricing tools and performance reporting by other stakeholders.Promote and lead plans/actions to ensure profitable products and customers portfoliosCarry out business intelligence activities to know what competitors are doing in terms of pricing and commercial activities in order to define competitive pricing and discount strategies.Develop continuous improvement projects that enable higher agility and accuracy in the pricing informationJob Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business field (i.e.
management, finance, etc)3-5 years professional work experience in BtB, sales or financeSolid data analytics skills Analyzing historical performance of businesses and customersGood verbal and written communication skills Business mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively within a team-based work.Be proactive, team player and get commitment through empathy and negotiation from other stakeholders.Change management activities:
ability to gain buy-in/ commitment from internal stakeholders Proficient with applications within a Windows based operating environment:
Excel.
Experience with Power BI and ERP system is a plus.
Advanced degree in analytics, data modelling, statistics is a plusFluent in English and Spanish.
