Job description Reporting to the Business Control Manager EMEA, the overheadcontroller will have specific responsibility for the high-level controlling of EMEA fixed costs and detailed controlling of the EMEA divisional costs.
Furthermore, the jobholder will support the EMEA functional VP’s in their cost tracking, budgeting and savings initiatives.The role is based in AliaxisEMEA Head-office, Brussels and will require up to 15% of travelling across the region.Key accountabilities?ReportingBudgeting & ForecastingComplianceContinuous improvementResponsibilitiesProvide insights in financial information and strongly support a fact-based decision-making processParticipate in the monthly closing process ensuring rock solid accountingConduct variance analysis and collect explanations regarding all monthly differences for salary and other overhead costsEnsure that all reporting is done in full compliance with legal and Company requirementsWork on continuous improvement and simplifications of processes, tools and systemsRequirementsExperience in finance - controlling, accounting, financial consulting, auditSound FP&A experience (budget, forecasting, variance analysis etc)Agile with, Excel, Powerpoint and Power BIProactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst providing exemplary customer serviceFluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.Are you inspired by this role and our purpose?
