This internship is mainly a working internship to gain work experiences and not a research internship.Create calls in the system based on input from customers.Part of the tasks will be operationally (60%), supporting the team in the day-to-day operations, for example:
Contacting field technicians on their planningSupport the logistics team in the daily monitoring and follow up of the day-to-day operational routinesSupport the team in cross-functional initiatives to tackle issuesSupport on planning of installations and the out-roll of projectsSubmit orders from draft to pendingSecond part of the tasks (40%) consist of using the experience from the operational activities to support & initiate improvement proposals, within the function as well as cross-functional within operations.You will be asked to join the field team several days in the field with customer trips to better understand the business and needs from the field.QualificationsYou are an enthusiastic student with a matching educational business background, and preferably a supply chain or operations passionate.Your internship is a mandatory aspect of your studies.
