Capable of identifying opportunities for simplification and synergies within processes.Drive execution of Lean principles and related initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to improve quality processes and operational efficiency.Lead enterprise-level process improvement programs that deliver significant value to the business in terms of revenue, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.Implement industry best practices across various disciplines within the WEX business.Deploy tools and metrics to enhance visibility into operational health and lean performance.Perform cost/benefit analysis on proposed project solutions, analyze complex performance data for business value, and create and track key metrics to measure success.Collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify and implement process improvements, establish key performance indicators, and clarify business operations.?Experience You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in areas such as quality management, processengineering, organizational change management, project & program management.Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively across multiple functional groups.The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position.
Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package.
Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
