KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to help develop creative and practical solutions • Experience in managing ICT related Projects • The ability to work in a proactive and independent manner, with a focus on priorities, communication and decision-making capacities • Good organization, coordination and planning skills – with a high degree of drive and desire to empower ICT change and evolution • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to audiences ranging from senior management to technology specialists Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation such as the European Commission, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

Strong work experience in Middleware related projects.
Hands-on experience with the following applications/platforms:
WebLogic Server 10g/12c/14 and Tomcat hosted on Solaris/Linux, SQL, CCN infrastructure (MQ Series), SOA/OSB/OEM, Apache HTTP Server, 3 Proven experience in installing, configuring and administration of WebLogic Server (Patching automation, Health check automation, migration automation) Experience as 24x7 Middleware support coordinator for business-critical applications.
Coordination of operational process and people in support of mission critical application with strict SLA.
