As NPI SupplySpecialist, you will support launch activities to reach first commercial batches on time based on consolidated data (Forecast, scenario, safety stock):
Supplier readinessParticipate to supplier selection with global procurementEnsure supplier readiness for fast track printing processEnsure non printed component supplyPrepare launch productionsEnsure BTO readiness for main markets (First EU countries, US, JP)Report to global supply chain launch team on BTO activitiesFollow up on artwork approval, order and release for productionTransfer activities to supply coordinators after the first launches and support when acceleration is requested.You will collaborate with Braine Technical Operation and development teams to prepare product submission, equipment qualification, process validation…For new product and life cycle managementCode creation coordination up to desactivation and destruction (if needed)Consolidate project needs for development studies (shipping qualifaction, stability…) and testing activities (qualification, validation, QC needs…)(drug product, components)Follow up on orders reception and releaseFollow up on stocks levelIntegrate development studies into the schedulingManage transfers of finished productsBusiness securisation and sustainibilitydual sourcing projects (supplier and/or material)adaptation to rare disease volumeFor this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
You have a Master’s degreeYou have 3 or more years related professional experience ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry across various disciplinesYou have a broad understanding of supply chainYou are able to manage project in transversal mode as well as prioritiesYou are able to understand Procurement (negociation skills, Replenishement models, …)You have strong IT skills :
SAP (MM, SD, PP-PI, WM, BI), reporting & offices tools.You have a hands on mentality and ability to propose solutionsYou have proven communication & stakeholder management skill to work with cross-functional teamsYou have change management skills and are flexibleYou are able to engage with various departements and levels into the organisationYou are fluent (reading, writing and speaking) in French and EnglishAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
