Assist departments on their request to clean up archives.
Execute re-lamping in Adm.
buildings on powerless lighting fixtures.
Development, implementation and monitoring of operations procedures for maintenance and repair.
Back-up mail room activities as sorting, delivery, and shipping mail Sorting or distributing of clean clothing when received from laundry.
Assist other technicians (elec., hvac) if needed Guiding contractors Active participating in safety meetings and participating on improving work conditions and work tasks themselves Skills/Qualifications/ Attributes:
Full time position (day hours & occasional overtime) Dutch is mother tongue, knowledge of English.
Precise working and structured approach Communicates well in a friendly and effective manner with customers.
Well organized and able to set priorities.
Knowledge of Nuvolo (client service request system) Experience of working in a customer service orientated environment.
Team player, flexible, takes initiative.
