Essential selection criteriaLevel and type of formal education:
•Masters degree in development studies, economics, European affairs, politics, sociology or equivalent (preferably including Monitoring & Evaluation and/or research modules)Professional experience:
•Demonstrated track record in Monitoring,Evaluation and learning (including experience with log frames/results-based frameworks, collecting & reviewing monitoring information, coding qualitative data, and conducting evaluation research);•At least two years of proven full-time professional experience in civil society-related projects and programmes; and•Experience in working with democracy-support donors/NGOs.Functional competencies:
•Full professional working knowledge of English (including ability to draft quality reports for donors);•Good knowledge and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; •Ability to review monitoring plans, narrative reports, and final assessment reports;•Proficiency in other languages of EED operations (Arabic, Russian, languages of the Western Balkans, Ukrainian Turkish, etc.
