The MarketingManager will work with Elanco’s Poultry team to help shape marketing strategies for Poultry & Nutritional Health in Belgium and The Netherlands.
Main responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing plans, launching new products, and working with key suppliers and teams.
Collaboration with Global MarketingManagers is required.Key Duties:
Lead marketing for Poultry & Nutritional Health brands and execute annual Brand Plans to meet sales targets.Create business cases and launch plans for new products.Manage brand and product pricing.Supply marketing materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage the marketing budget.Understand customer needs through interaction and market research.Build positive relationships with key external bodies and promote the Elanco brand.Qualifications:
Degree in life science or business.
MBA or marketing qualification is desirable.
Passion for animal health business and marketing.
Proven marketing experience and ability to work effectively with (cross functional)teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in local languages and English.Preferences:
Swine/Poultry experience preferred.
Understanding of customer value and multi-channel marketing environments.
