Co-develop and implement new services coming from the local market needs (This role with a Benelux scope).
Support the growth acceleration of Lyreco by making services available and accessible to all our customers.And achieve the periodic goals.Responsibilities• Lead and manage a team of Solution Services professionals, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer implementation objectives, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery.• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Solution Services team to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Solution Services team, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to provide innovative and effective solutions to our clients.The responsibilities of this position include -but may not be limited to-:
