Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to digitaltransformation projects for clients, applying creativity and intelligence to solve challenges.Manage one of the core practice areas (digitalstrategy, digitaltransformation, marketing excellence, or marketing technology) and elevate its capabilities.Lead and manage team of marketing and customer experience consultants for effective project delivery.Develop comprehensive digitalmarketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and drive successful campaigns.Drive new business development efforts and cultivate client relationships for business growth.Stay updated on marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to enhance services.
Qualifications Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in marketingstrategy, digitaltransformation, or related fields.Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and technologies such as (Salesforce, Thunderhead, Adobe, …)Client-focused with exceptional communication skills.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
